In consideration of this decision, our branches on these campuses will reopen to members on Monday 20 July. In order to protect members and staff, we have put in place the following safety measures for the reopening of the branches: Both branches will operate as cashless for the foreseeable future. This means no cash deposits, withdrawals, or foreign exchange will be available over the counter Members can access cash by using the ATMs located nearby to the branches Sneeze guards in place at teller desks Social distancing guide marks on the floor to make it easier to comply with social distancing rules Regular cleaning and disinfection of high-touch, high-traffic surfaces Please note, due to social distancing regulations a maximum of four persons are allowed in the branch at one time. In response, we have limited staff on site to two persons per day. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we adapt to these changes. Due to COVID-19, Murdoch University and Curtin University have now effectively closed to all but staff who cannot work from home. In consideration of the decision to limit the number of people on campus, our branches on those campuses will temporarily close, effective from close of business on Tuesday 31 March. Once the campuses reopen, our branches will resume business. Please check our website for updates on when this is likely to occur. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. If you normally visit either of those branches, there are a number of alternative options open to you. Our West Perth branch at 111 Colin Street, West Perth is open from 9am – 5pm on weekdays. All our usual banking services are available, including mobile banking, internet banking and phone banking.
